- Start a new job, tap the mic, and describe the work out loud. JobVoice AI turns what you say into a structured quote with line items and prices that you can review before sending.
- Can I edit a quote before sending it?
- Yes. Every section, line item, price, and note is editable. You can re-record to add detail, and nothing reaches your client until you tap Send.
- How do I send a quote or invoice to a client?
- Open the quote or invoice and tap Send. Your client gets a link they can open in any browser to view and approve a quote — no app required on their end.
- What happens to my voice recordings?
- Your voice recordings leave your device only to our transcription provider, and only to create your transcript. JobVoice AI never stores your audio; the provider holds the upload for about 24 hours to process it, then it's deleted.
- How much does JobVoice AI cost, and how do I cancel?
- JobVoice AI is $50/month after your free trial. You can view your plan or cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of your billing period.
