Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Chesru Tech, which operates JobVoice AI. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and use JobVoice AI for your business.
Your account and workspace
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity in your account. A workspace belongs to its owner: the owner decides who joins and what each member can see, and the work in the workspace stays with the owner if a member leaves.
Your content
You own the quotes, invoices, photos, and client information you create. You give us permission to store, process, and send that content — including to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy — only as needed to run the app for you. You confirm you have the right to enter your clients’ details and to send them your quotes and invoices.
AI-generated drafts
JobVoice AI uses AI to turn your voice into drafts. Drafts can contain mistakes — wrong items, quantities, or prices. You’re responsible for reviewing every quote and invoice before you send it, and for the prices, totals, and details your clients receive.
Subscription and billing
JobVoice AI plans start at $19.99/month after your free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before then. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings (Settings → Subscription takes you there); your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Online payments
If you turn on online payments, your clients can pay your invoices by card or bank transfer. Payment processing for contractors on JobVoice AI is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (together, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By turning on online payments you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may modify it from time to time. As a condition of JobVoice AI enabling payment processing through Stripe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize us to share it and transaction information related to your use of Stripe’s payment processing. JobVoice AI is not a bank. Stripe processes each payment and pays out to your bank account, less a JobVoice AI platform fee. Before you send an invoice, the app shows what your client will be charged and what you will receive; after each payment, the fee is shown in the job’s activity. If a client disputes a payment and the dispute is lost, the amount may be recovered from your Stripe account.
Payment instructions
You can also show your own payment instructions and handles (such as Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal) on invoices. Those payments go directly between you and your client — JobVoice AI does not process, hold, or transfer them. You are responsible for verifying payments you receive, following those services’ terms (including business-account rules), and reporting your income under applicable tax laws.
Third-party services
Some features rely on other companies’ services — Apple, Google, Stripe, and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
Use JobVoice AI lawfully and only for your own business. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, send spam or misleading documents, or misuse the app.
Ending your account
You can stop using JobVoice AI and ask us to delete your account at any time (see jobvoiceai.com/delete-account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.
No warranty
JobVoice AI is provided as-is to help you draft quotes and invoices. It isn’t legal, tax, or financial advice — please review anything important before you send it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chesru Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including any disputes, failed transactions, incorrect payment details, inaccurate AI drafts, or actions by third-party payment platforms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your quotes, prices, and totals remain your responsibility.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded JobVoice AI from the App Store, these terms are between you and Chesru Tech, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the effective date below shows the latest version, and we’ll tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect. These terms are effective October 8, 2026.
