Your voice recordings
Your voice recordings leave your device only to our transcription provider, and only to create your transcript. JobVoice AI never stores your audio; the provider holds the upload for about 24 hours to process it, then it's deleted.
Information we collect
To run your account we store the things you create in JobVoice AI — your profile, clients, jobs, quotes, and invoices. We also process your voice transiently (for transcription only, as described above), subscription and billing information through your app store, and basic diagnostic data to keep the app working.
How we use your information
We use your information only to provide and improve the service: to create your quotes and invoices, manage your account and subscription, and provide support. We never sell your data.
Third parties we share data with
We share data only with the providers that make the app work: a transcription provider to turn your voice into text; Apple and Google for app distribution and subscription payments; and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Data retention
We keep the content you create while your account is active. Voice uploads are held by the transcription provider for about 24 hours and then deleted. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems.
Your controls and choices
You can export or delete your data at any time. Email us at support@chesrutech.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
JobVoice AI is a business tool for contractors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date below. This policy is effective June 16, 2026.
