Privacy Policy

Who we are
JobVoice AI is operated by Chesru Tech (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the JobVoice AI apps for iPhone and Android, the web app at app.jobvoiceai.com, and the quote and invoice links you send to your clients.
Your voice recordings
Your voice recordings leave your device only to AssemblyAI, our transcription provider, and only to create your transcript. JobVoice AI never stores your audio; AssemblyAI deletes the uploaded audio within about 24 hours.
Information we collect
Account details: your name, email address, and sign-in information, plus the business details you add — business name, logo, phone, address, and payment handles. Your work: the clients, jobs, notes, photos, transcripts, quotes, invoices, and schedules you create, including your clients’ names and contact details. Team: the email addresses of people you invite to your workspace. Payments: if you turn on online payments, the status of your Stripe account and the amount and status of each payment (Stripe collects your identity and bank details directly — we never see them). Subscription: your plan and purchase status from Apple or Google (we never see your card). Device and diagnostics: a push-notification token, crash reports (device model, operating system, app version), and server logs that include your IP address. Client activity: when a client opens, approves, rejects, or pays a quote or invoice you sent. Ad measurement (Android): when you first open the app, sign up, create a workspace, or start or renew a subscription, together with your device’s advertising ID. We do not collect your location or contacts.
How we use your information
Only to run JobVoice AI: to turn your voice into quotes and invoices, send and show them to your clients, schedule jobs and remind you, process online payments, manage your subscription, keep the service secure, fix crashes, answer support requests, and (on Android) measure whether our own ads led to your install, sign-up, or subscription. We never sell your data and we don’t show ads.
How AI is used
When you record, AssemblyAI turns your audio into text. That text, together with the job details needed to draft it, is sent to Google’s Gemini API, which drafts your quote line items, prices, client notes, and schedule. We use Google’s paid API, under whose terms Google does not use your content to train its models. AI drafts can be wrong — nothing reaches a client until you review it and tap Send.
Third parties we share data with
We share data only with the service providers that make the app work, and each receives only what its job needs: AssemblyAI (speech-to-text); Google Gemini API (AI drafting); Google Calendar (only if you connect it); Stripe (online payments and payouts, only if you turn them on); Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat (subscriptions); Clerk (sign-in); Supabase (database and photo storage); Cloudflare (hosting and PDF creation); Sentry (crash reports); Expo, Apple, and Google (push notifications); and Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Ads (ad measurement, Android only). Your quotes and invoices are shared with the clients you send them to, and members of your workspace can see its content according to their role. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is sold.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, JobVoice AI asks only for permission to manage calendars it creates itself. It creates one “JobVoice AI” calendar and writes your scheduled jobs to it; it cannot read your other calendars or events. Your Google sign-in token is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect from Settings at any time. JobVoice AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
We keep your content while your account is active. Uploaded audio is deleted by AssemblyAI within about 24 hours; we never store it. AssemblyAI keeps the text of each transcript under its own data-retention policy. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days (see jobvoiceai.com/delete-account). Payment and tax records are kept by Stripe, Apple, and Google for as long as the law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Each workspace is isolated from every other at the database level, and Google tokens are encrypted before they are stored. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
Your controls and choices
You can view and edit your information in the app at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it — email support@chesrutech.com and we’ll take care of it, whatever state or country you live in. You can turn off notifications and microphone access in your phone’s settings, reset or delete your advertising ID in Android’s settings, and disconnect Google Calendar from Settings.
Where data is processed
We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries where those providers operate.
Children
JobVoice AI is a business tool for contractors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll revise the effective date below, and tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect. This policy is effective October 8, 2026.
